If you don’t remember your PIN, go to the Login page and click FORGOT PIN?. 

Here you will be asked to enter your Mobile number and Date of birth, then click RESET PIN. 

You will then be sent a temporary code via SMS and email.

Enter the temporary code and choose a new 6-digit PIN. Then press LOGIN and voila! You will be logged in with your new PIN successfully set.

You may be presented with a captcha challenge during login, if so please follow as instructed onscreen. This will involve ticking a box to proceed. You may also be presented with an additional visual challenge to select matching images. Once completed you should be able to login using your account credentials as usual

If you do not have your mobile at hand or you have changed your mobile number you will need to contact Customer Services to reset the PIN.

Please bear in mind that a PIN cannot be the same as the old PIN, and that PINs cannot be sequential (eg 123456) and cannot all be the same number (eg 000000).
