If your account was closed because of self-exclusion or any other responsible gambling measure, you must contact customer support to discuss reactivation.

• Accounts closed for these reasons cannot be reopened until the self-exclusion period or any agreed time limit has fully expired.
• Once the period ends, you can submit a request to reopen your account by contacting customer support with your details.
• All requests will be carefully reviewed, and you will be notified of the decision via your registered email address.
• Please note that reopening an account after self-exclusion is subject to approval and involves a 24-hour review period.
• You may withdraw your reactivation request at any time during this period.
• If approved, access to your account will be restored.

Once applied, a time out period cannot be removed or shortened, and access to your account will remain restricted until the selected period has expired. After expiry, access to your account will be restored.
