You choose how many goals are in the game. 

If you bet on OVER 2.5 goals, there would need to be three or more goals in the game for the bet to be a winner.

If you bet on UNDER 2.5 goals, you’d need two or less goals in the game for the bet to be a winner.

The same logic applies to bets displayed in quarters, which are known as quarter-ball bets. In this case, if you bet on over 2.75 goals in a game, your stake is split between over 2.5 and over three goals. If there are three goals in the game, half your bet will be a winner (the 2.5 part). If there are four goals in the game, both halves of your bet will be winners.
