Withdrawal would be declined and reversed back to your account for the following reasons:

1) Name Mismatch: The name on the account does not match that on the bank withdrawal is requested to.

2) Unverified account: The account has breached the ₦250,000 withdrawal threshold and the customer needs to complete KYC before they can withdraw successfully.

3) Deposit wagering: Customers attempting a withdrawal without staking a bet or bets staked less than 1.10 odds.
