OTP codes are generally received instantly however if not received within 2 minutes we encourage you to request a new code and try again. If the issue persists, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart your device.
2. Ensure you have good network coverage.
3. Check your mobile settings to ensure messages are allowed from unknown sources
4. Ensure your number is not on a DND (Do Not Disturb) list
5. Check your inbox to ensure you have sufficient space to receive new messages

Important – Once generated, an OTP will expire 2 minutes after being issued.
