What is account verification? 

Account verification is the process of confirming the identity of an account holder. 

Why do I need to verify my account? 

​In order for us to allow you to withdraw over ₦250,000, we need to confirm your age and identity. We are required to ask for ID documents to verify your details. We can ask for them at any time so that we can confirm the ownership and the origin of your funds, as well as provide documents to show that you are over 18. 

Why can't I just withdraw my money? 

​In order for us to be within our licensing agreement (Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Know Your Customer), we may need to see proof of ownership of the account from time to time, and any funds to prove your age prior to the payment of any winnings above ₦250,000.  

How can I verify my account?

When you create an account or login for the first time and your account is not already verified, you will see a page asking you to verify your account by entering information as shown below:

If you click off this before verifying your details, you will see a banner displayed at all times asking you to verify your details.

It's important to verify yourself otherwise your account may be restricted and you will not be able to withdraw.

Alternatively, ​If you want to send your documents to be verified, you need to send them from your registered email address to idng@livescorebet.com.  
 
We can accept the following documents to prove your age and identity: 
- National Identity card.
- Voter's card

How long will it take to verify my account? 

We aim to verify all documents within 48hrs. You will be notified via email once the verification is completed.  

How will you protect my data?
